THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ("Limited Warranty") applies to new and refurbished artillery hardware devices (Artillery Sidewinder X2, Artillery Genius Pro, Artillery Hornet) (collectively the "Products") sold by ARTILLERY or a current authorized reseller of Products (collectively "Authorised Party" or "Authorised Persons").
LIMITED WARRANTY
From the date of sale and delivery of the Product to an end customer for the first time, as evidenced by the original customer's purchase invoice, ARTILLERY warrants that the Product is free from defects in material, design and workmanship for a period of twelve ( 12 months. Only the original purchaser is entitled to claim the warranty and the warranty period is limited to his lifetime. Consumable parts not covered are: heater cartridge, nozzle, DC fans, LED module, USB stick, flexible flat cable (FFC or flat cable). "Consumables" are defined herein as disposable items, parts or components of the Product that are inherently subject to deterioration and wear during normal operation of the Product. The electronic parts are guaranteed for a period of three (3) months. The electronic parts covered are: motherboard, TFT screen, TFT control board, solid state relay, power supply, limit switches, filament run out sensor, breakout boards, AC heated bed. For the AC heated bed, the glass is guaranteed to have a flatness of 0.25mm (the difference between the highest point and the lowest point).
VALID WARRANTY CLAIM
For a valid warranty claim:
notification must be made before the end of the applicable Warranty Period, as such Warranty Periods are defined below;
the complaint must accompany the logs of the Final Customer and/or any documentation if requested by ARTILLERY; And
the complaint must be motivated by the original proof of purchase from an Authorized Person.
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
Claims made under this Limited Warranty must be handled as follows:
remedy will be repair or replacement of the nonconforming Hardware Product or nonconforming part(s) of a Hardware Product within a commercially reasonable time by ARTILLERY or its authorized representative, as determined solely by ARTILLERY;
ARTILLERY bears the cost of the replacement and the shipping costs incurred therein;
Replacement parts or Products will be new or refurbished.
EXCLUSIONS
ARTILLERY's Limited Warranty obligations described herein shall cease and shall not apply in any event where any alleged Product failure or other breach of warranty was necessitated or caused in whole or in part by:
physical damage sustained by improper handling during shipment, as well as normal wear and tear during use of the Product;
modifications, alterations or repairs performed improperly or incorrectly;
parts or consumables not certified or approved by ARTILLERY or its designated representative have been installed and used;
unusual physical or electrical stress;
abuse, misuse, accident, neglect;
exposure to moisture, flood, fire, electrical problems related to the power supply or other acts not attributable to ARTILLERY;
failure to comply with the maintenance procedures recommended by ARTILLERY or failure to comply with the instructions and/or Product documentation;
to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Product has been removed from the country or region where it was originally sold by ARTILLERY or its designated representative.
This Limited Warranty does not apply if ARTILLERY is not notified of an alleged defect or malfunction before the expiration of the applicable Warranty Period. ARTILLERY will definitively decide the existence and cause of any alleged defect.

LIMITATIONS/EXCLAMATIONS
Artillery where permitted by law, except for this limited warranty, makes no other warranties, express or implied by statute, course of dealing, course of performance, custom of trade or otherwise, with respect to the performance of any product, without limitation as to above, all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Artillery disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, collateral, exemplary, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including for loss of use or lost profits, even if Artillery has been advised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
LEGAL WARRANTY OR WARRANTY RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty does not affect the statutory warranty or warranty rights of the End Customer; is granted in addition to that.
* ARTILLERY offers this Limited Warranty on Products purchased through its Authorized Parties. This Limited Warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
