Repair procedure

To open your warranty repair request, contact us via email , we will reply as soon as possible.

We accept out-of-warranty repairs of DJI drones purchased from our store and third-party stores. The fixed cost of management and possible shipping is €30 + VAT, in addition to the cost of repairing the product itself. We deal us everything, you will not have any steps to follow, other than confirming the repair estimate or not and waiting to receive it back home.

We accept repairs of 3D printers only sold by our store, the printer serial number and proof of purchase will be requested.
