Creality warranty and repair policy
1. The 1-year limited warranty begins on the date of purchase of the product.
2. 3 months limited warranty for consumable parts. (nozzle module, glass platform, etc.)
3. No warranty for "gift" products ( SD card, USB cable, wrench, spatula, pliers, etc. )
Note: Proof of purchase date must be provided to CREALITY and/or 3Digital.
The warranty covers the replacement of defective parts and guidance on how to replace them, but in no way does it cover any repair labor required. If the customer is unable to carry out the repair, we offer warranty intervention at our 3Digital repair centre. However, the customer will still be responsible for return shipping costs and responsibility for transport. We recommend sending the product back in its original packaging and insuring the shipment.
CREALITY does not guarantee the service due to:
1. The proof of purchase has been altered or made illegible.
2. The product label; or the product serial number is altered or made illegible. Accidental damage, defects caused by abuse, negligence, careless use or any handling operation not compliant with the CREALITY user manual.
3. Use for purposes other than normal household use. (e.g. commercial or leasing purposes)
4. Using unassembled parts according to instructions.
5. Damage including, but not limited to, damage caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disasters or transportation.
6. Normal wear and tear on accessories or consumables, such as the nozzle.
7. Repair or modification carried out by an unauthorized organization, other than that authorized by CREALITY.
8. If in doubt, contact the CREALITY/3Digital Service for clarification.
9. Any return shipments and any customs charges are not included
