Klipper firmware pre-installed

Neptune 4 Max features the powerful Klipper firmware, enabling impressive print speeds of up to 500 mm/s (default 250 mm/s) and accelerations of up to 8000 mm/s², while supporting advanced features such as input modeling and pressure advance calibration.

It is also equipped with acceleration sensors on the X and Y axes, which ensure automatic calibration and better print quality.

Klipper High Speed ​​Motherboard

Neptune 4 Max adopts a Klipper motherboard and a 64-bit ARM quad-core processor with a main frequency of 1.5G.

With pre-installed Klipper firmware, the printing speed can reach 500mm/s (default 250mm/s) with acceleration up to 8000mm/s². 8G ROM provides ample storage capacity for various print files.

In addition, the printer supports input modeling and pressure advancement to improve print quality and reduce issues such as artifacts, filament loss, and blobbing. With X-axis and Y-axis acceleration sensors to automatically calibrate resonance compensation parameters for less vibration and precise prints.

High temperature nozzle 300°C

The 300°C high temperature nozzle kit comes with an extended hot end, a 60W ceramic heating element and a brass heating block, which can print various filaments including nylon.

Automatic PID nozzle parameter calibration ensures precise temperature control for stable and consistent printing performance.

Powerful extruder and improved hotend

The dual gear direct extruder features a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for reliable and smooth filament extrusion, weighing only 290g. The full titanium alloy throat tube enables fast heat dissipation and reduces nozzle clogging. The 60W high-power ceramic heating element and brass heating block provide efficient and uniform heating for fast filament melting even during high-speed printing.

The extended hotend nozzle can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, making it capable of printing PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and high-temperature nylon filament.

Automatic PID nozzle parameter calibration optimizes thermal performance and nozzle temperature control, ensuring consistent and reliable printing results.
