Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for returns. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Teacher's Card: Once the "Teacher's Card" shopping voucher is validated, it cannot be credited back to your personal wallet. However, you can return your product and get a voucher equal to the amount spent* for future purchases on 3digital.tech (*make sure you have read the bold content at the bottom of the page)

DJI CARE: Once you have purchased a DJI CARE and received the activation code via email or post, please note that the purchase can no longer be refunded, even if purchased by mistake.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For some types of goods, returns are excluded, for example:
* Gift Vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Consumables such as filaments and 3D resins already opened and/or used


For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Product that has been opened and activated (e.g. DJI drone turned on and activated). See depreciation % on the DJI Support page.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days (payment provider's technical timelines). Return shipping costs and restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account or statement from the payment provider you used.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally registered (5 to 14 days).
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Changes (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged, after verification and explicit authorization from us. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to support@3digital.tech and send, after having authorized it, the item to the following address: Via Maset 31/B, 31020, San Pietro di Feletto (TV), Italy.

N.B. Before the replacement procedure, technical tests will be carried out together with the customer and the necessary spare parts will be shipped if necessary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.

Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address (Registered Office): Via Maset 31/B, 31020, San Pietro di Feletto (TV), Italy.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund, product restocking fee is 3%.

If the return is attributable solely to having changed your mind about the purchase, without highlighting any lack of conformity or damage, you will receive a partial refund of the total cost of the item, net of the shipping costs we have incurred both for the outward journey with a flat rate of €15 (even if shipping was free), and for any return always with a flat rate of €15.

Example: I purchased a product and after 3 days I decide to return it because I had second thoughts.
For the purchase I paid €549 for the product + free shipping.
Once the product has been returned I will receive a refund according to the following calculations:
-restocking fee -3% (-16.47€)
- round trip shipping charge (-15€ A - 15€ R)=-30€
I will therefore receive a refund of €502.53 (€549-€16.47-€30)

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service and insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item(s) being returned or that we will receive them intact. It is your responsibility to correctly package the product to be returned.
