Reliable double extrusion with high flow

The Sermoon D3 Pro print head features two hotends that share one extruder. The dual extrusion system is lighter than ever before and can deliver a high flow rate of 32mm³/s and print at 300℃.

Ways Double Extrusion Boosts Productivity

• Water-soluble Support: Can print water-soluble material supports separately without any problems to obtain intact and complex models.
• Easy to remove support: It can print supports separately with material that can be removed without any tools, saving post-processing time.

Instant extrusion change

Sermoon D3 Pro adopts a single-sided nozzle lift system, which allows for quick extrusion changes. In addition, the system has undergone rigorous testing to ensure reliability and precision.

Automatic XYZ offset of 2nd hotend

A calibration module is used to automatically offset the XYZ of the 2nd hotend. It is much faster and more accurate than manual offset.

Thermostatic chamber for forging robust prints

The chamber is installed with an active heater inside. It envelops the print with a constant warm ambient temperature of 60℃* to reduce internal stress, warping or cracking.

Stay leveled up automatically for a long time

A warpage sensor in the print head probes the print surface at multiple points and automatically and precisely levels it. No calibration card or Z-offset is needed. Once done, it stays effective for a long time.

Different filaments for wide applications

Sermoon D3 Pro is proven to print well with 29 types of filament, great for creating models with a wide spectrum of properties on demand.

Flexible build plate

Sticky and heat resistant to fit various filaments. Bendable for effortless print removal. Finely frosted surface makes the bottom of the model fine and smooth.
