The hotend features an all-metal tube, which ensures superior wear resistance and longer lifespan.

Optimized heating and cooling efficiency

The hotend uses a triple rivet process that optimizes heating and cooling efficiency. The heating and cooling components are made of chromium-copper alloy with a high heat transfer coefficient, which is three times higher than traditional brass. In addition, the insulation component uses stainless steel with lower thermal conductivity.

Minimal thermal deformation and high temperature resistance

The hotend features exceptional stability during operation and boasts high temperature resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 300ºC without compromising performance.

Precise dimensional control for uniform extrusion

The hotend maintains a tight tolerance of 2μm and this exceptional level of precision ensures a smooth extrusion. The overall extrusion experience is further improved by the smoothness of the surface with a Ra value of 0.8.
