Compact and lightweight, weighing only 136 g per unit, DJI SDR Transmission 2 integrates transmitter and receiver functionalities into a single device, freely configurable to meet the needs of the set.
Key new features include:
- DCI 4K/60fps 10-bit HDR wireless transmission

Range of up to 4 km and a minimum latency of 35 ms
- Ability for a single transmitter to send the feed to up to 8 receivers, with remote control
- Simultaneous management of up to 5 transmitters and 40 receivers
- Auto Channel 2.0, for more stable transmission even in crowded environments and with multiple active systems
- Integration with DJI RS, Ronin 2, and Master Wheels stabilizers
- Monitoring and control via DJI Ronin app, smartphone/tablet, and professional monitors
DJI SDR Transmission 2 is thus proposed as a particularly versatile solution for professional crews, multi-camera productions, gimbal shots, car-to-car, and applications requiring real-time professional video monitoring.
One of the main differences from the previous generation concerns the product range configuration: there will primarily be two SKUs, as the single device – not the Combo version – can be configured interchangeably as a transmitter or a receiver.
While targeting specialized and advanced users, DJI also continues to expand its ecosystem: the new system will be able to manage audio/video streams from Osmo devices, including Osmo Action 6 and Osmo Pocket.
