1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New, unactivated product;
- Handheld device activated within the last 30 days.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to activate it and bind it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits are only effective in the region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new or like-new product in terms of performance and reliability.
