It offers two replacements within one year at a minimal cost and covers various types of accidents, allowing you to always stay worry-free.
Please note:
1. DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:
- New and unactivated product;
- Handheld device activated for no longer than 30 days.
Currently, DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.
2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to activate it and link it to the relevant DJI product.
3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits of coverage will only be effective in the same region of purchase.
4. For each replacement request, you will receive a new product or one equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
