Flexible Chuck for Engraving on Diverse Objects

The RC2 Rotary Chuck is designed to clamp and rotate a wide range of round and irregularly shaped objects during laser engraving. It is particularly suitable for rings, mugs, tumblers, and other pieces that require secure positioning and controlled rotation.

The chuck setup supports engraving diameters from 0 to 120 mm, offering flexibility for both small, precision items and larger cylindrical workpieces.

0 to 180° Swiveling Chuck

The chuck allows for angle adjustment from 0 to 180°, enabling you to position the workpiece according to the surface to be engraved. This expands the range of possible applications, going beyond traditional horizontal rotary engraving.

The adjustable angle enables working on inner ring surfaces, angled tumblers, and other hard-to-reach areas with a fixed rotary setup.

180° Reverse Rotation for Handled Objects

The chuck can also be positioned in a 180° reverse orientation, providing more maneuvering space when working with mugs and other objects that have handles or protruding features.

This helps to reduce obstacles around the workpiece and facilitates positioning handled objects for rotary engraving.

Laser Guide for Quick Center Alignment

The included laser guide module projects a reference line that helps to locate the center axis of cylindrical objects. This simplifies initial alignment and helps to accurately position your engraving before starting the job.

The laser guide is removable and height-adjustable to accommodate different object sizes. The laser guideline is available when using the Mini-A connection.

Tailstock Support for Stable Positioning

The included tailstock provides additional support for longer or differently shaped workpieces. It helps keep the object positioned along the rotation axis during engraving and can be adjusted to suit the size and shape of the workpiece.

Dual Port Connectivity

The RC2 Rotary Chuck features both a Mini-A port and a 6-pin stepper motor interface, offering flexible connection options for compatible Creality Falcon laser engravers.

It is compatible with the Falcon T1, Falcon A1, Falcon A1 Pro, Falcon A1C, Falcon2, and Falcon2 Pro. The required connection method depends on the laser engraver being used.
