One Rotary Kit for Many Different Objects

The RC2 Rotary Kit is designed to handle a wide range of engraving applications using a single modular system. Depending on the shape and size of the workpiece, the kit can be configured for rings, cups, tumblers, bottles, cylinders, spheres, cones, and other rounded or irregular objects.

The included chuck and roller modules allow the setup to be adapted for different engraving tasks without the need for separate rotary systems.

Chuck and Roller Mode in One Modular System

The rotary system uses a modular design where chuck, roller, and tailstock components can be combined depending on the application. Creality states that the system can be switched between different configurations in about 12 seconds, simplifying the transition between various types of rotary engraving.

The chuck mode is suitable for cups, tumblers, rings, and objects with round or irregular bases, while the roller mode is ideal for bottles, wine glasses, and other cylindrical objects.

Rotatable Chuck from 0 to 180°

The chuck allows for angle adjustment from 0 to 180°, expanding the range of surfaces that can be reached during engraving. This makes it possible to work on internal surfaces of rings, angled tumblers, and other objects where a conventional fixed rotation position would be limiting.

The chuck can also be rotated 180° in the opposite direction, facilitating access when engraving cups and other objects with handles.

Laser Guide for Faster Center Alignment

The included laser guide module projects a reference line that helps locate the central axis of cylindrical objects. This simplifies alignment and helps position the engraving more precisely before work begins.

The laser guide is removable and height-adjustable to accommodate objects of different sizes. The guide line is available when using the Mini-A connection.

Adjustable Roller Spacing

The roller module features adjustable spacing to accommodate objects of varying diameters. The rollers can be repositioned quickly, allowing the setup to be adapted to different workpieces without lengthy adjustment procedures.

Creality specifies an engraving diameter range of 5 to 120 mm for the roller setup and 0 to 120 mm for the chuck setup.

The RC2 Rotary Kit features both a Mini-A port and a 6-pin stepper motor interface, providing flexible connection options for compatible laser engravers.

According to Creality, the rotary kit is compatible with Falcon T1, Falcon A1, Falcon A1 Pro, Falcon A1C, Falcon2, and Falcon2 Pro models. The connection method varies depending on the machine and may use the Mini-A data cable, the machine's original rotary cable, or the included 6-pin motor cable.
