# Siraya Tech PPA-CF Core 1,75mm 1 kg

Il filamento **Siraya Tech PPA-CF Core** rappresenta la nuova frontiera delle applicazioni ingegneristiche grazie all’innovativa tecnologia core-shell: una struttura in cui l’anima del filamento (core) contiene il 25% di fibra di carbonio, mentre lo strato esterno (shell) è composto da PPA (poli-ftalammide) puro. Questa architettura assicura proprietà meccaniche e termiche senza rivali, massima rigidità e resistenza con minore usura di ugelli, eccellente adesione tra i layer, perfetto per componenti tecnici e parti sottoposte a forte stress.

Il PPA-CF Core è ideale per la produzione di parti per automotive e aerospace, utensili industriali e fixture, involucri per elettronica, elementi strutturali e prototipi professionali. Si distingue per l’elevata resistenza al calore (Vicat 238°C, HDT fino a 199°C dopo annealing), basso assorbimento di umidità e formabilità precisa su stampanti FDM di ultima generazione con hotend all-metal. L’azione della shell esterna protegge dalle abrasioni, riducendo la manutenzione della stampante anche in produzioni intensive.
